What's your favourite Spring Wedding Trend??

Wedding Butler - Wednesday, May 23, 2012

With each new season we see trends come and go and below you can find the latest in spring trends for this year!

Colors: Normally spring weddings are all about the neutrals but this year we are beginning to see more bright and bold colors.  Tangerine Tango was voted Pantone’s color of the year for 2012 and looks great incorporated into your décor!   For those of you who do not like orange, we are seeing lots of splashes of limes or pinks mixed into the usual pastel shades.

Dresses: This spring the high-low style wedding dresses are becoming more and more popular.  For those of you who are not familiar this dress is higher in the front than in the back and allows you to show some skin and – of course – those gorgeous shoes!!  Ruffles are also huge this season and these ruffles add layers and volume to your dress making them fun and completely flattering.  Let’s not forget about illusion necklines either - these dresses may seem like they are strapless but they include a sheer material to make it more of a bateau cut.  Crystals and pearls can be added to this fabric to give the dress a more glamorous look.

Bridesmaids: No bridesmaid is the same so why should they all wear the same thing?  We are beginning to see brides dressing their bridesmaids in different dress styles and it is important to be careful with this trend because you don’t want your bridesmaids to clash.  You want to make sure that any bridesmaids can stand next to another and still match and you may want to select the same color, but have them wearing different cuts.  Matching bold accessories can do the trick also!

Hair: Forget those sleek back up-dos and opt for a more natural look.  Loose waves are gorgeous this season and all the more to the relaxed look and feel of the spring season.  If you still prefer your hair up then a braided up-do may be for you!

Guestbooks: Say goodbye to the traditional guestbook as couple’s are opting now for more “fun” guest books. Guestbook trees, posters, photo booths, typewriters, picture frames are all great ideas for this and may be more functional than a traditional book.

Sweet Tables: Although we still love cupcakes & macaroons, they are beginning to share the spotlight with a new neighbour…Cake Pops, Cake Pies & Nougat! These tasty treats are easy to eat and look great on your sweet table…you can even have them made in your wedding colors and favourite flavours!   They can also be packaged and used as wedding favors to give to all your guests.

Montreal Wedding Planners at Versailles.... Le Chateau & Le Meridien Montreal!

Wedding Butler - Friday, May 18, 2012

On Tuesday May 8th the girls from the Association of Montreal Professional Wedding Designers (AMPWD) went out to visit two beautiful venue spaces!  The first was the ‘Chateau Versailles’ and the second was ‘Le Meridien Versailles’  both located on Sherbrooke Street Ouest in the “Golden Mile Square” and both of these hotels are members of the Starwood preferred hotels.

The first space we saw was the Chateau Versailles which has been transformed from two family houses into this beautiful and historic hotel.  This hotel has 65 guest rooms or suites and each one is different from the other which adds to the overall character of the hotel.  13 of the Chateau’s suites still have the original fireplaces that were installed in the original house in 1911. The hotel is pet-friendly and offers a complimentary continental breakfast with your room. Within the hotel there are two small meeting spaces: Le boudoir, and Le Petit Trianon which can accommodate up to 40 people cocktail style. These rooms could be perfect for small gatherings such as brunches, bridal showers or even your Rehearsal Dinner!

We then crossed the street to see Le Meridien Versailles where the  lobby of the hotel is used for art exhibitions.  They have painted their walls white so local artists can display and sell their art to the guests.  The hotel is 15 floors high and has a total of 108 guest rooms and suites in different categories.  There are 21 Executive rooms, 51 deluxe rooms, 17 Junior Suites, 17 Standard rooms and 2 penthouses that include a spacious living room, one or two bedrooms, a bathroom and a working area, which we would certainly recommend as a perfect location for the Bride and her Bridesmaids to get ready on the wedding day!  Le Meridien Versailles also has 5 meeting rooms that could be reserved for different events and the capacities of the rooms range from 10 to 75 people - perfect for small intimate weddings, brunches, wedding showers and rehearsal dinners!   Each room is decorated a little differently than the other to offer variety and the rooms all have at least 1 wall of windows to allow natural lighting and a beautiful view of Montreal’s Golden Square Mile.

Within Le Meridien Versailles, there is also an Italian Restaurant and Bar called RIDI which has a very modern feel to it with again windows on 2 of the walls and great ‘booth’s on the inside wall.  The capacity of the restaurant is approximately 50-70 seated and there is also a  private room at the back of the restaurant where 10-12 people can enjoy a more intimate setting – again perfect for a more intimate celebratory dinner.  We met with the Chef and owner, Peppino who confirmed they are very happy to accommodate weddings any day of the week!

If you’re looking for hotel accommodation for your wedding guests Le Meridien Versailles and Chateau Versailles are definitely worth looking into, they are both very unique in a fantastic location and we can also highly recommend the food at Ridi Restaurant!

Grooms Week: How the Groom can influence the Wedding too...

Wedding Butler - Friday, May 04, 2012

This week’s blog is being dedicated to our “groom’s week” we have just had on our Twitter and Facebook pages with lots more advice for the grooms!  We’re going to be highlighting a few of the things that we mentioned during the week, such as: fun things for the men at the wedding, choosing the proper wedding outfit, choosing your best man & grooms men and how to WOW your new bride on your wedding night!

Montreal Wedding Activities

Sometimes it fun to have a few different ideas for the guys at the wedding and one of the creative ways you could do this is by having a whisky bar with all different types of whisky for the guests to sample – just make sure you also include ‘Sortilege’ a favourite of the ‘Butlers’!  This could also be done with many different drinks such as martinis, port, tequila and scotch etc.

What about having a food truck - if you and your fiancé have a favorite local restaurant rent a food cart and have them serve your favorite food to your guests as a midnight snack!   We’ve actually done this with Schwartz Smoked Meat!  For that sweet tooth, consider having a creative dessert activity such as a s’mores bar where guests can assemble and melt their own cookies, perfect for those outdoor summer weddings or how about designing your own Cupcakes… have flavoured cupcakes with lots of different frosting & toppings and create your own ‘Designer’ or ‘Design-A’ cupcake station - this is also very appropriate and fun for any kids that may be attending.  Again we even bought in Ben & Jerry’s to create an Ice Cream Sundae Bar for one client.

Lastly, if you are brave enough to plan your wedding on the same day as a big sports game (and your other half and guests are sports crazy) then  instead of losing all your guests during the ceremony or having all your guests checking their phones constantly during dinner -  embrace it and create a corner of the cocktail room with a television playing the event. Decorate the corner of the room with the team you are rooting for and add bar foods to create a bar feel.  Rachel & Christian actually had their wedding weekend on ‘Wimbledon Finals Weekend’ and for those of you who don’t know, her Mother is a huge Tennis Fan!!

Choosing the Proper Outfit

The first rule when choosing your suit or tuxedo for your wedding is to make sure it fits ‘properly’.  It’s really important to make sure you have a full range of motion because you’ll be dancing, shaking hands and hugging people all night long!  You also want to make sure it is weather appropriate, and by that we mean you don’t want to be wearing a really thick, black tuxedo on the hottest day of the summer!  Try to find something in a lighter color and not as thick because you want to make sure you’re comfortable all day. The last rule when choosing your outfit is to discuss the formality of your wedding with your fiancé, you want to make sure you’re not too formally dressed or too under-dressed for this special day and remember as the ‘Moores’ advert so perfectly says… “when all eyes are looking at her… she will be looking at YOU”.

Choosing your Groom’s Men

Sometimes this can be an extremely difficult decision for groom, for some it's obvious and for others it’s really not.  The first step is to decide on a number eg the classic ratio is approximately 1 groomsman per 50 guests or you can base it on the number of bridesmaids that your fiancée is having.  It is not mandatory to have the exact same number of groomsmen as bridesmaids however it does makes things look more balanced.

Next you want to reflect on who you want to ask and who would be up for the job. If you or your fiancée have a brother you may want to ask them, it is not mandatory but it’s always nice to include family in the wedding. Think about your friends from high-school or college and try to decide who would fit the role best, remember it is not all about looking handsome, they will have certain tasks to fulfil on and before the wedding.  If you are stuck deciding between two for the ‘best-man’ then use a brother (if you have one) all of your friends will understand, and if not who says you can’t stray away from tradition and have ‘best-men’?  We have one bride that we are working with currently who has her own ‘best man’ again, it’s all about who is that important person in your life.

And Finally…..

We know when it comes to wedding planning ‘some’ grooms tend to think that they should just sit it out and let the bride take care of everything, but grooms, your fiancée will appreciate any help and input you may give her -  after all this is your day too!  Think about maybe planning the Honeymoon, or how about having your wedding suite decorated with Champagne, Chocolates, Roses and more for a very romantic oases, can you just imagine your Brides face when she sees this – we guarantee this will definitely score you huge brownie points!  For more ideas, check out our ‘Grooms Corner’ on the Montreal Wedding Butler Website.

Montreal's Rialto Theatre Hosts 100 Year Gala Evening of Titanic

Wedding Butler - Monday, April 16, 2012

When we found out that Montreal's Rialto Theatre was putting on a special Gala Event last night for the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic we just had to go!  Our daughter Sasha has been addicted to Titanic from the young age of 5 when she fell in love with the film (or maybe it was Leonardo di Caprio) and as it is her birthday today, just one day after that historical date it made for a perfect birthday treat!

But what a treat we were all in for... upon arrival guests or maybe I should say 'passengers' all dressed up in Titanic era clothing adorned the theatre in full spirit of the event... we were welcomed with Champagne and Canapes and a beautiful String Quartet playing the familiar sounds that haunted those last final moments as everyone was literally 'jumping ship'.

The fog horns rang out and we then had a viewing of the original 1953 black & white movie of Titanic with Barbara Stanwyck and Robert Wagner which also won an Academy Award back in the day and we were mesmerized all over again!  During the interval we had a wonderful 'River Dance' style show by Irish Dancers and to celebrate the end of the movie what else but our own Celine's version of Titanic sung by Michel Dorion and I must admit the tears were flowing (this is Rachel by the way...)!

The CTV film crew were there filming and interviewing those wonderful 'passengers' who came in full costumes and I really hope we get to see a glimpse on tonights news!

Now onto the second fantastic piece of the evening... The Rialto Theatre  itself - where have we been!  Located on Parc Avenue this is an absolute gem of a building, in a Parisian Opera House style of decor where they have all kinds of theatrical events, musical concerts, dance nights and so much more.  The Theatre is also a National Historic Site of Canada!

OK so we are coming onto the wedding connection... the theatre is privately owned which means it is also available to be rented for Montreal weddings and private events - how excited are we as you can see from the stunning pictures below.  Imagine your wedding ceremony taking place on stage with both families over looking in the 'Royal Boxes' and your guests in the gallery area, then coming back downstairs to a spectacular room for your Wedding Reception.

The Rialto Theatre can hold up to 200 - 250 guests for a wedding, they have their own catering on-site and the rest we can bring in and design to create something very unique.  Rental varies between $2000 - $4000 depending on the day of the week and the great news is that it's always open so you can stop by anytime to check it out!

More Old Montreal Wedding Venues - Part 2

Wedding Butler - Friday, March 30, 2012

As mentioned in our last blog - on Monday March 19th, we were given the chance to visit 8 different venues spaces in the Old Montreal area all managed exclusively by Apollo Agency.   After our visits to 4eme, 227 & 229  and Kai loft we headed off to ‘Parc Ephemeres’ which is located at the corner of Notre-Dame & St Jean in Old Montreal.

This park is an open area which would be perfect for tented weddings!  Currently, the park has 12 benches and it is being renovated within the next couple of months when new grass and hedges will be put in place, we are sure it will be amazing.  The park will be perfect for large weddings as it has a capacity of up to 1000 people (standing) on their 25 000 square foot space, also a great outdoor space for Old Montreal Wedding Ceremonies!

We then visited FH Photo Studios which could be transformed into a beautiful event space and is located in the up and coming “Griffintown” area.  The studio is 6000 square feet and can accommodate up to 250 people (cocktail style) and within the space there are two photo studios: studio A has a white “infinity wall”, with 18’ high ceilings, there is a loading station located in this room to unload any equipment into the room and in the far right corner there is a beautiful “rustic” looking barn door!  Studio B is slightly smaller and is equipped with a kitchen.

Although, we didn’t get a chance to visit the last two venues, The Cave and the CIBC building, we did get the opportunity to sit down and talk about what each venue has to offer!

The Cave is an ideal location for small, intimate gatherings and is situated directly in front of Marche Bonsecour complete with stone walls and wooden pillars… the room is absolutely brilliant, and we think it’s a great hidden gem for private dinners, rehearsal dinners, after wedding parties & more!!   The room is 700 square feet and can accommodate up to 50 people (cocktail style) and one corner of the room has brown couches to create a lounge feel.  We personally LOVE this space and can’t wait to see it in person, as there are so many different things you could do here!

The CIBC venue is something quite spectacular and we can’t wait to do an event or wedding here - it is complete with 3 reception halls.  The first main hall is approx. 7000 square feet and has the look and feel of ‘Grand Central Station’ with a 70’ ceiling height.  The executive floor is 3000 square feet and is decorated with white walls and accents of dark brown -  and then there is the safe hall at 4500 square feet which includes a marble staircase leading down to the vaults that were used when this was an open bank, and that adds such lot of character to the room.

The walls of the Grand Hall are decorated with marble, concrete and stone and have beautiful balconies from the Executive floor overlooking the space.  The ceilings are decorated with stained glass windows and all of the rooms are really like no other here in Montreal. This venue could make for an extremely unique and beautiful venue for those larger weddings.

A huge thank you goes out to Patrick from Apollo agency for taking the time to give us a tour of all these amazing venues!   We can’t wait to design weddings in all of these wonderful locations!!

New Venue's in Vieux-Montreal

Wedding Butler - Monday, March 26, 2012

Montreal temperatures seemed to be warming up last week and what better to do than take a tour of new venues in the Old Montreal area managed exclusively by Apollo Agency!!  We had eight different venues on our schedule for the day including Le 4ème, Kai Loft, 227 & 229, FH Studio, Parc Éphémère, the CIBC Building, and The Cave.

We met Patrick and Eric at Le 4eme – a loft on Rue de la Commune with a stunning view of the St-Laurent and the Old Port. With wooden floors, cement walls and chandeliers throughout the room the space is just magnificent. The loft contains a great open plan room with a bar & some sound equipment and it also gives you the flexibility of bringing in caterers & decor companies making it a truly unique venue & an amazing location to hold your wedding ceremony, reception or after party.

So off on our tour and our first stop was Kai Loft – a private design studio by day and a perfect intimate location by night!  The loft is situated just on the outskirts of Vieux-Montreal and is very modern looking with its white walls, white ceiling, wooden floors and fireplace.  Kai Loft has a standing capacity of approximately 100 people and for 50 people seated - I personally think it could be a very private location for a rehearsal dinner or a great space for an intimate wedding!  Kai Loft does have some furniture in place that can be used but you are able to bring in your own furniture and wall décor. There is a small kitchen area so you would be able to hold an intimate catered reception here. Kai Loft, at 1200 square feet, is available for rent on evenings and weekends until midnight.

Next stop was 227 & 229 both initially created as a bank during the stock crash of 1929 and 227 was later used as a retail store then switched into an art-deco building.  Situated in the heart of Old Montreal and just steps from the Notre Dame Basilica they make for great event, ceremony or reception venues which all your guests can walk to!   227 & 229 are very much similar in design and one would be more ideal for a cocktail reception, while the other is more open plan and could be amazing for a draped ceremony or a dinner reception with it's wooden floors and white walls & ceilings depending on your party can accommodate between 70 guests for a banquet and 200 + for a ceremony.  Some additional space include a sound proof “vault” room and various other small rooms that could be used as a 'cigar lounge' or changing rooms!

Stay tuned for our next blog post when we tell you about FH Studios, Parc Éphémère, the CIBC Building, and The Cave!!

If you are interested in checking out 227 & 229 then why not come along this Thursday evening 29th March from 5.00 pm to 'Le Jeudi d'Apollo' who are hosting a networking evening and both Montreal Wedding Butler and An English Rose will be there!

What was the 'Buzz' at this years 'Bridal Boudoir'!!

Wedding Butler - Friday, March 23, 2012

On Sunday March 11, 2012 the ‘English Rose’ and ‘Montreal Wedding Butler’ teams, headed to Maddy K’s Bridal Boudoir Affair at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. It was surely an amazing event that was not to be missed where future wedding couples, and wedding professionals filled the rooms meeting different Montreal Wedding Vendors.

As you entered the first show room you were welcomed by ‘Three C and co.’s’ cake pops which were delicious – and the food didn’t stop there, just round the corner were these amazing cute mini vintage cupcakes from ‘Cupcake et Macaron’, who we have just hired for one of our clients!

The fashion show began at 1:00 pm where we were gathered in a beautifully decorated room and greeted by the third-time-host Natasha Gargiulo from Entertainment Tonight Canada and JUNO award nominee and Montreal singer/songwriter “Jacynthe”. The show then proceeded with Alison McGill, the editor-in-chief from Weddingbells magazine, who showed us some of the 2012 trends for brides. The fashion show was filled with many, many beautiful dresses which made us all (except the Butler) go dreamy and either start planning our weddings or like Rachel, want to get married all over again! We definitely noticed a trend with these “fun-filled” dresses, with a lot of lace!

After the fashion show we sampled a few of Brahm Mauer’s cocktails – a must and took a little tour of the room and we saw some familiar faces as well as some new ones behind the vendor booths.   We also lost the Butler at Jewels Bespoke catering for at least a good 30 mins while he chatted with Nicolina and did a little Malt Whisky tasting.

Luluthia’s floral table design was a dream we also loved NDG Florists ‘Alison in Wonderland meets Vintage’ display too!  Something a little more out of the ordinary was Marie Bertrands Bouquets which I could see a few of my brides having fun with.  The Boudoir really did have everything from amazing vendors to amazing food from hiring high end Bice Catering to having some fun at the end of the evening with Beavertail’s being supplied for your sweet table.

On the sixth floor there was a Fantasy Room created by Maddy herself with beautiful table designs each with a different theme and colour, from fun and relaxed to classic luxury and on entering a warm wonderful coloured design hit you, courtesy of Joe's Prop House.

Future couples were given an opportunity to meet different vendors and fully explore all of their options before their big day. The boudoir was absolutely inspiring and really allowed couples to get a feel for what can be created for their perfect wedding. Each vendor unique in their own right and had something different to offer and we loved chatting and catching up with them all – of course we did, we’re in the party business after all!

A big congratulation goes out to Maddy and her team for this wonderful event.

Winter Wedding Tips and Tricks

Wedding Butler - Friday, March 09, 2012

In recent times, winter weddings are becoming more and more popular, but what are the key elements to creating that perfect winter wedding? Here are a few of our favorite tips and tricks to help you get started!

Colors: Just because it is cold outside does that mean that you have to reflect that during your ceremony and reception. Think about warm colors (reds, oranges, yellows) and metallic colors (silver, gold, bronze). Colors such a forest green and navy blue can be used to contrast your primary colors, and as in any wedding, make sure these colors are reflected throughout your wedding - this may mean incorporating them into your invitations, table setting, flowers and more

Invitations: It is important to make sure that your invitations do not reflect a holiday greeting card but yet still bring out the theme of your wedding and a great way to do this would be to avoid folding cards. Snowflakes act as a great way to reflect the theme of your wedding as well and we recommend you take a look at winter wedding invitations online and in bridal magazines to get some inspiration. Remember, it is crucial to send your “save the date” cards early so guests know not to make plans to travel somewhere warmer when you are planning your wedding!

Venue: Although you could have an outdoor ceremony if you wanted and an Ice Hotel would be amazing, Ski lodges and cabins are perfect for intimate winter weddings! Remember that traveling is not as easy in the winter so think about the possibility of having the ceremony and location in the same place and remember your guests will be coming in with coats, boots, hats, and scarves (if the weather calls for it), so a storage area for all of these things is very important.

Style: Use the cold weather as an excuse for sleeves! Now is the time where you can wear those beautiful lace-sleeved dresses (just like our Kate Middleton), or even a fur edged dress! If you’d prefer wearing ‘strapless’ dress then you can opt for a faux-fur wrap or a colorful wool shawl. Crystals and sequins are also very popular and can reflect the snow outside, very pretty. Don’t forget your foot ware, it may be easier to opt for a classic pump or flat as you will need a sturdier shoe for walking on slippery surfaces, or even Boots that you can change out of.

Flowers: These can be expensive this time of the year so allow your flowers reflect the season by using poinsettia, holly, and mistletoe to decorate your venue. As for the bridal bouquet, Amaryllis, Anemone, Jasmine and Stars of Bethlehem’s are seasonal winter flowers that can be used and how about adding crystals, fir, pine, twigs, or berries to bring the feel of winter into your ceremony.

Décor: The most important part of the décor is to make sure that the room reflects the season but still has touches of your style, definitely take advantage of the decorations already in place because of the winter season, but of course add lots of candles throughout your venue for that warm touch and romantic glow. Branches, Evergreen trees, Christmas lights, crystals and mirrors are other ways to make the room feel more seasonal.

Food: How about Eggnog for your Cocktail hour… that would be different, and of course using some traditional foods such as a delicious Squash Soup. A great idea for the evening would be to place a hot beverage bar in the room to make sure that your guests never get cold. Here you can serve hot chocolate, apple cider, coffee, or tea.

Above all, remember to have fun and be creative, don’t forget to add your own special touches as winter weddings can be so romantic….

Wedding Rehearsal Etiquette

Wedding Butler - Friday, February 10, 2012

In order for your wedding ceremony to run smoothly, it is important to rehearse the ceremony beforehand. The wedding rehearsal typically happens one or two days before the wedding beginning with a run-through of the ceremony and leading into a dinner for all of the guests afterwards.

Here are a couple of tips on what to do when planning a wedding rehearsal:

Who to invite? The wedding rehearsal guest list really varies depending on the size of the wedding. The rehearsal should include the bride, the groom, the entire wedding party, the parents and witnesses. You will also want to have the officiant, and any singers or readers you may have to be present. It is appropriate to invite the participants via e-mail, phone, or word-of-mouth as long as you assure that you get their RSVP’s. Mailed letters to the guests are not essential, as this is a more casual event.

What should you rehearse? The rehearsal should include music, processional, handover of the bouquet, removal of the veil, readings and the recessional. The rehearsal should be performed twice and after this has been done and you feel comfortable, you may move into the rehearsal dinner.

What is the rehearsal dinner? The rehearsal dinner should start off with a cocktail hour where the guest could ‘mingle’. Afterwards, the guest may find their seats for dinner and toasts. Toasts are made typically by the hosts, and the couple – however, anyone at the dinner may make a toast.  Remember the rehearsal dinner should be less informal and not match the wedding in anyway!

Who hosts the rehearsal dinner? Traditionally, the groom’s parents host the rehearsal. However, it is acceptable for other relatives, close friends or even the couple themselves to host the rehearsal dinner.

Who is invited to the Rehearsal Dinner? The rehearsal dinner includes everyone that was present during the rehearsal, as well as other immediate family members and their significant others. Distant relatives, out-of-town guests, and close friends may or may not be included according to the hosts’ wishes and budget.

Where does the rehearsal dinner take place? The rehearsal dinner is a more casual event. It should be an event where guests could talk and get to know each other, as well as toast the happy couple into married life. The location could range from a family members backyard, to a formal dinner in a restaurant, as long as it is not in the same location as the wedding!

'Tis The Season.... The Wedding Show Season.......

Wedding Butler - Friday, January 13, 2012

Happy New Year! It's 2012 and for those of you who became engaged over the holiday season - CONGRATULATIONS, this is the time when you transition into a Fiance(e) and then to a Wife or a Husband and the next few months are going to be full of excitement,  confusion, maybe some fustration but most of all a time in your life you will never forget!

It may only be January, but Montreal Wedding Show season is in full swing and a great starting point to gather information, meet great Montreal Wedding Vendors and build your knowledge on the wedding industry so that you are up to speed and a little more 'savvy' when making your final selection on your vendors for your Montreal Wedding.

So, remember to wear comfortable shoes, you will do a lot of walking and standing on concrete floors, leave your coat in the car or coat check and wear layers as it will get very warm in the exhibition halls, and wear a 'fanny pack' - this will enable you to leave your hands free to carry all those extra bags and don't forget to carry some water and keep hydrated!

Make sure you bring someone with you ideally your intended, but maybe a friend as you want to have a 'bag system'... yes you do!  The first bag is going to be your 'must check as soon as I get home' bag and the second bag will be for things that may or may not be of interest for your wedding, this will save you lots of time and enable you to focus on what's important straight away.

Don't forget you are also going to be asked to fill out lots of forms for prizes etc, so my best time saving advise would be to have 'Personalized Wedding Business Cards' - if you are really on the ball create your own personalized wedding business cards with the date of your wedding and all your contact information on it - this way you won't need to repeatedly write out your information at every booth you stop at - especially if you want to win all those fabulous prizes!

Here are a few of the upcoming Montreal Wedding Shows for your diaries:

22nd January - Glamor Bridal Show @ Le Crystal in Ville St Laurent

28th & 29th January - Le Salon de la Mariee @ Palais des Congress de Montreal

25th & 26th February - Salon des Futurs Maries @ L'Mortagne Hotel, Boucherville

11th March - Bridal Boudoir Affair @ Hyatt Regency, Montreal

For more Montreal Wedding Planning hints and tips and check lists of questions to ask vendors when you meet with them, then you can find these on the Butler Website under Resource Center
